Refund Policy
At Kshopina, we handle refund requests with care and clarity to ensure fairness for all customers. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
- If an order is canceled by the customer without a valid reason, Kshopina is not obligated to issue a refund. This is due to the administrative and financial processes involved in international order management.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched from Korea, we will issue a store gift card equal to the value of your purchase. The gift card will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, so please ensure your email is valid and accessible.
- If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstances. In this case, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to receive the package using the provided tracking and delivery information.
