We have some important updates to share with you regarding our service:

Firstly, we are pleased to announce that we are reinstating free shipping for the following countries: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, and Qatar. This means customers in these locations can once again enjoy free shipping on their orders.

For customers in all other countries except Kuwait, UAE, and KSA, please note that customs duties may apply when your order arrives in your country. These duties are regulated and collected by your local authorities, and as such, Kshopina is not responsible for these fees, as they are paid directly to the customs department of the recipient country.

Secondly, we will also be implementing a $5 fee for our cash on delivery (COD) service, effective March 1st, 2024.

This is due to the additional costs associated with the COD process.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that you understand the reasoning behind this decision.

To make up for this, we have also introduced new discount codes and promotions to help you save even more on your purchases.

We’re also excited to share that we’ve upgraded our packaging to a premium box to minimize the risk of external damage during shipping.
