Kshopina Shipping Policy

General

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep inventory accurate, some items may be out of stock at the time of purchase.
  • In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding backordered items to confirm if you'd prefer to wait or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, destination, and other applicable factors.
  • These fees are collected at the time of purchase and reflect the final shipping cost unless the order details are modified after checkout.

Product Pricing

  • Product prices include the international shipping fee from Korea and any applicable distribution-related taxes or commissions specific to your country.

Delivery Terms

  • Estimated standard delivery is approximately 15 business days, excluding weekends and national holidays in both Korea and MENA countries.
  • Kshopina is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect customer information, or recipient unavailability.
  • Despite this, we will always do our best to support fast and smooth delivery, both locally and internationally.
  • International orders typically arrive in 4–22 days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.
  • Express delivery estimates (e.g., “3–5 days”) are approximate and count from the order confirmation date, excluding non-working days. They may vary based on customs or logistics conditions.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, except on national holidays.

Change of Delivery Address

  • You may request a change of delivery address at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the address cannot be modified.

P.O. Box Shipping

  • We ship to P.O. boxes using standard postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.

Military Address Shipping

  • We support delivery to military addresses via USPS only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

Out-of-Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order until it becomes available. In-stock items will be reserved for you during this period.

Delivery Time Exceeded

  • Delays caused by customs, incorrect recipient details, or holidays are outside of our control. However, we will assist you as best as possible in resolving any delivery issues.

  • You can track your order through your account on both our website and mobile app.
